GoFan Named a Finalist for 2023 TAG Technology Awards

The GoFan team is honored to be recognized as a finalist for the 2023 TAG Technology Awards, presented by the Technology Association of Georgia. This prestigious award program promotes and celebrates the inclusive technology community throughout the state. 

After a rigorous review process, GoFan was named a finalist in the Tech Evolution category. This award distinguishes a technology program or product that existed for one purpose and was adapted for another purpose with a positive impact in 2022.

Thousands of schools originally adopted GoFan primarily for athletics and quickly expanded their use for performing arts, dances, camps, and other activities. We developed our technology to improve efficiency and transparency for school events with digital ticketing and payments.

Our technology can drive innovation beyond events by processing digital payments across campus. Schools have already adopted GoFan in novel ways for initiatives that are often managed with traditional payments, including dues, parking, payment plans, AP testing, ACT and SAT prep, field trips, driver’s ed, physicals, fundraisers, and more. 

The GoFan team is thrilled to be considered for the Tech Evolution award alongside innovative technology leaders in Georgia. Winners will be announced at the TAG Technology Awards luncheon on March 29th.
