GoFan Supports Local High School Students in Annual Backpack Drive

ALPHARETTA, Ga. Aug. 2, 2021 – GoFan, the leading FinTech company in the high school events market, recently participated in the 2021 Back-to-School Backpack Drive, organized by North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC). Through this program, the NFCC collects new backpacks pre-filled with school supplies to provide children of low-income families with the tools they need to succeed academically.

GoFan employees worked together to reach the company’s goal of filling 50 new backpacks with school supplies to support under-served students. They delivered the backpacks last week at Elkins Pointe Middle School, where they will be distributed to local high school students.

NFCC has addressed homelessness and hunger in North Fulton since 1983. Dedicated to helping ease hardship and foster financial stability, the NFCC assists individuals and families with emergency need. Their programs have grown to meet evolving challenges and continue to offer generous support to help ensure North Fulton residents have essential resources. The Back-to-School Program exemplifies their commitment to helping those in need and offering paths to self-sufficiency.
