Reflections on the 2021 National Athletic Directors Conference

Written by BJ Pilling | Dec 17, 2021 5:00:00 AM

The National Athletic Directors Conference, hosted by the NFHS and NIAAA, is the largest event for interscholastic athletic administrators in the country. Nearly 1800 athletic directors gather each year to participate in professional development, networking, and meeting with vendors to check out the latest products and services in the market that can support their programs.

GoFan, an official partner with the NFHS Network as well as the NFHS and 39 state associations across the nation, ran a booth during the exhibit show. We were able to meet and talk with hundreds of ADs to learn more about their unique needs and share how GoFan continues to innovate year over year.

We heard loud and clear that ADs are busier than ever and need solutions to save time and help their events run more smoothly. We are confident based on the feedback we received that our technology and support teams are delivering just that.

GoFan was proud to sponsor the NFHS Awards Luncheon, honoring ADs throughout the country. We salute them and all of those in this field - what they do for our young people is commendable and should be celebrated.

We closed out the conference by hosting a happy hour for event attendees and partners. It was a pleasure to continue our conversations with athletic directors to learn even more about their needs and how GoFan can support them going forward.

We appreciate the opportunity to speak with leaders in the high school athletics community in person, and we’re proud to support their commitment to running exceptional sports programs. As so many of our customers mentioned when they stopped by our booth, our team at GoFan goes above and beyond to make sure our schools and fans are happy.

Needless to say, we left this year’s conference with a fresh perspective and renewed drive to work even harder every day. We’re honored to help fans nationwide be there for the moments that matter most.

Until next year,
