When managing your events, keep in mind that you have options to limit access to tickets to improve security, manage capacity, and accommodate fans.  Access codes are a great way to add another layer of security to your events and help ensure that tickets are available for certain groups of people.

Many schools use access codes to limit admission to specific events, including prom and other school dances, performing arts, athletics and more.  With access codes, students can unlock hidden tickets to events that may sell out.  You can also use access codes to restrict the availability of tickets for events not intended for the general public.

Now you can control ticket access directly in GoFan HQ: 

• Generate fan-friendly access codes automatically without leaving the system.
• Create codes that give access to an event (i.e., Bearcats Only) or a specific ticket (i.e., Students Only).
• Upload multiple codes at once (i.e., Student IDs) or create one code at a time.
• Track the usage of access codes with Fan Management.
• Delete codes if they become invalid.
