ATLANTA - GoFan has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. This recognition program is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous process uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
After surveying more than 72,000 Atlantans from 4,575 participating organizations, 175 companies were selected for this prestigious award. GoFan officially ranked 13 out of 87 businesses in the Top Small Workplaces category, a list reserved for companies with fewer than 150 employees.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
The GoFan team attended the virtual award ceremony on March 10, 2022, which featured a lively keynote address to celebrate the achievements of Atlanta’s Top 175 Workplaces and opportunities to share insights with other business community leaders. The inspiring message of creating an inclusive culture in which people feel appreciated and fulfilled resonated with GoFan employees, who strive to uphold the company’s core values each day: agility, accountability, unity, and empathy.
“We are honored to be recognized alongside other highly respected businesses in metro Atlanta,” said BJ Pilling, CEO of GoFan. “We value our employees’ workplace experience and are proud of the culture we have established to foster collaboration, increase engagement, and attract and retain top talent.”
