Highland High School: Memorable Achievements with GoFan

Highland High School: Memorable Achievements with GoFan

Brandon Larson has been the Athletic Director at Highland High School in Arizona for seven years. Recently, Highland achieved a state record and Larson says this has been his favorite moment as an AD.

“Last year, we were super fortunate. We broke a state record for state championships with nine total,” Larson said. “Watching our fanbase, our coaches, our athletes, our community, our parents really get excited about being the number-one athletic program in the state... it was really fun to see them get excited about those things and GoFan plays a big part in that.”

With GoFan, Highland fans easily discover and access events with an elevated experience. The community appreciates the speed and convenience of digital ticketing as they attend events to cheer on the Hawks.

“I’ve heard great things from our fanbase,” Larson said. “Just the ease, especially being able to do mobile passes, season tickets, the many offerings you guys have for our consistent fanbase... it’s been super awesome.”

Along with fans, the Highland staff members are grateful for a digital approach. The administrative work is significantly faster and easier with GoFan.

“My assistant used to go with the bookstore manager and count money for games, and it took probably a good five to seven hours a week,” Larson said. “...it saved hours and hours, so just freeing up time for me to be able to be with my athletes, my coaches, and do things that are more productive to our culture.”

Customer service has also been a bright spot for Larson in his time using the platform, as he receives personalized, prompt support.

“Every time I pick up the phone there is somebody there to answer,” Larson said. “I’ve had [customer success] reps that have done a phenomenal job.”
