KKR Invests In High School Sports Platform PlayOn! Sports

KKR, a private equity firm, is investing in PlayOn! Sports, a media company specializing in high school sports. PlayOn! Sports runs the NFHS Network, which provides live and on-demand high school sporting events coverage. The deal's financial terms were not disclosed, but the investment is expected to support PlayOn!'s growth. Panoramic Ventures, an existing investor in PlayOn!, is also participating in the investment. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
